For years, sound baths were my personal sanctuary—a place I returned to again and again to find peace, clarity, and a deeper connection with myself.
As a wellness and transformative coach with a Master's degree in Psychology, I have always been passionate about helping people cultivate emotional well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth. Yet through my own journey, I discovered that healing is not always found through mindset work alone.
Sometimes the mind understands.
But the body is still holding on.
That is where sound healing entered my life.
Through the calming frequencies of crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, I experienced something many of us are longing for: the ability to simply be. To pause. To breathe. To soften. To feel safe enough to reconnect with ourselves.
Today, I combine mindfulness, transformational coaching, nervous system awareness, and sound healing to create experiences that support emotional wellness, stress reduction, self-compassion, and deeper self-connection.
With a Master's degree in Psychology and years of experience supporting emotional well-being, I bring a unique perspective that blends psychology-informed understanding of the mind with mindfulness, self-reflection, and sound healing practices.
