Coaching Session & Settlement Policy

Moving Forward with Ceci LLC

At Moving Forward with Ceci LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and maintaining clear, respectful client relationships. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following policies apply to all coaching services and group programs.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available prior to the scheduled coaching appointment.

No refunds will be issued once a coaching session has taken place.

If a client wishes to request a refund, the request must be submitted before the scheduled appointment time by emailing breakuprecoverycards@gmail.com.

Group programs, digital products, and the Breakup Recovery Cards are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients are entitled to one (1) opportunity to reschedule a coaching session without additional charge.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment by emailing breakuprecoverycards@gmail.com.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or if the client fails to attend the session, the session will be forfeited and considered completed.

Payment for Additional Services

If a client has used their one rescheduling opportunity or misses their scheduled session without proper notice, a new session must be purchased to continue services.

This policy applies to all future coaching sessions requested after the originally scheduled appointment.

Communication & Notification

All refund and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests made through social media or other informal channels will not be considered official.

Delivery of Services

All coaching sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom.

A Zoom link will be sent prior to the scheduled appointment time. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom at the time of the session.

Policy Updates

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Moving Forward with Ceci LLC. Any updates will be communicated appropriately.
