Refund & Chargeback Policy 

Due to the personal and reflective nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or chargebacks are not permitted.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing breakuprecoverycards@gmail.com and including clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Once the damage is verified, a replacement product will be sent at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
